A C4 is a small flare, technically. Only dangerous if it hits Earth in a moment of weak magnetic activity, as it would induce ionospheric penetration that allows energy to reach Earths surface.

concerns are around "minor solar events."

Being "solar sensitive" myself, I've been careful to check
the spaceweather sites and others, like MrMBB333 and Ben
Davidson's "Suspicious Observers" YouTube channels every day
for updates on this.

"Solar Sensitives" can also have symptoms that interfere with
just everyday activities...like being able to concentrate...
their balance may be "off"..."moods" may be depressed and
other things while NOT "global doom" do impact your life.

We are only at the very beginning of researching and "grocking"
the "electrical connection" our human bodies have with our
Earth environment. Personally, you couldn't PAY ME to fly
this week!

The sun can be cooking me and it dries windows instantly when I'm cleaning them in 50 degree weather...

The Earth's magnetosphere--the thing that really protects

been decreasing for decades.

Add THAT to the "ramp-up" we have been seeing the past few
weeks going into a NEW SOLAR CYCLE (which is why we are getting
more CME's and sunspots) you have the formula for more of
us to be noticing physical effects from our star.

It is only "life threatening" if you have a pre-existing
physical (or mental) condition where up-ticks in solar or
gamma ray radiation can trigger your body in some way.

I had a mild stroke in 2018 and have noticed physical
effects when we have these minor solar events such as an
increase in dizzy spells, headache, digestive issues and
mood swings. My concentration can really be affected also
so I don't usually plan trips to the market or other activities
where I really want to be "on my mark" when spaceweather
events are reported.

Wauwatosa (WAOW) -- A 15-year-old from Milwaukee has been arrested in connection to a shooting at a Wauwatosa mall Friday afternoon.

Police say an altercation led to the shooting at Mayfair Mall which injured eight people. Four bystanders were reportedly hurt. Police say most of the people hospitalized have now been released.

When authorities got to the scene of the shooting, the suspect had reportedly left on foot, according to surveillance footage.

I just wish the timing for this solar storm wasn't right
in the middle of our Thanksgiving holiday transportation

Apparently...it wasn't just a C-class flare but a
FULL-ON HALO ERUPTION...still no info on whether it is
a 2nd CME or if the FIRST CME WAS AN "X0-CLASS fLARE!"

of all my sources and always try to back-check against
other sources too. But that isn't always effective when
MANY of the "news sources" are bias due to some political
agenda, right?

I was very "mift" that the spaceweather information on
this shortwave radio black-out WAS NOT REFLECTED IN MOST
GOV. SITES TODAY. Check the links at MrMBB333's channel
who links them neatly on his page...unless you KNOW how to
read the graphs you wouldn't know ANYTHING is amiss today.
That's NOT good especially since our tax money PAYS their

They're generally faster than most sources (especially for
today's event, for example....) but they can only report
what THEY CAN FIND themselves...so sometimes they get behind
in their reports as well. For example, I KNOW we have had
at least a few gamma ray bursts this week...but the site
has NOT report GRBs for many days, now.

If we had a strong Gamma Ray Burst ON TOP OF THIS event
today...the effects would be even more severe (which is
what I think has happened, pesonally.) But...we can't find
the reports.

Um...well you may have convinced me of this a few minutes
ago...but with the NEW UPDATES FROM MY SOURCE (Earthboppin)
there is evidence now that there has been a full-on halo
CME (with more information yet to come in for what the
cause was)...I'm staying "on it" to find out what's actually
going on.

Major spaceweather sites are not reflecting the info
because EVERYONE IS ON THANKSGIVING BREAK. So, don't
expect them to update their sites.

Besides...we don't want ANY BAD NEWS before "black Friday"
shopping, right? (That's always the case for spaceweather
information...depends on the economy!)

I've been having terrible cluster headaches since Sunday. Yesterday, I felt really wobbly and just off in general. It seems I usually see one of your threads after or during one of my spells.

articles on what we're discussing on this thread? People
who have the 8-to-5-drudge rarely have enough time after
working and taking care of their family/business to avail
themselves of really important new "finds" (such as the
stuff Ben Davidson and Douglas Vogt are bringing to our
attention the past 18 months...)
