I haven't seen the clip you are refering too but I will tell you about one I have tried to locate that is the freakiest thing I have ever seen.

Right before the boston city marathon bombings there was some news footage that someone filmed of the pedestrians on the street and mixed in with the crowd was a green being that stared right into the camera for a second with this kind of amusement on its face then looked away. It looked like some kind of a freakish witch . Thats how I used to look up the video right after the bombings. Its was under the heading of green witch at boston marathon. I believe it was there to witness the bombing and get off on the fear and panic it created.

It looked like the personification of evil. Similiar to way Jim Carrey's face looked in the movie mask . I shit you not it was real as F. There were rumors that it had also been spotted on 911 in new york playing around the towers as they fell.

When you see this thing it changes the way you feel about the world and what reality is . that's how freaking evil it looks. People that were in the crowed must have seen it.
