Every vote should have a serial number and a conformation process after the vote is cast back from the database.Even the paper ballots should have a serial number ,signature, and a thumb print.

Kickbacks seem to be a way of life in politics. No wonder Trump was so hated. He was severely limiting their life style.

A. Trump wins because only legal votes are counted.

I wish I could remember what the legislature the other poster was referring to but a while back somebody posted that there is some law that says if a candidate is proven to be involved in election fraud then he forfeits the race. It could potentially mean that if Biden is a proven participant in just one instance of fraud in any state then he forfeits any chance of being president.
