That means 1,126,940 mail-in ballots that were never sent to Pennsylvania voters were counted in the election. For some reason he is using the number of requests for the primaries, hence the lower number of 1.8 million. And he is comparing it to the actual number recieved in the general election. This makes no sense, and I hope he corrects or clarifies this. |
