In America we a system of justice. You have to go to court first and have a trial. If that person is then found guilty, they can then be sent to jail.

What country are you from? Just curious. In America you do not just walk up to someone, especially a senator or congressman and put them in jail.

And, unfortunately, in many cases without evidence or an indictment if a DA decides and "law enforcement" arrests. If the grand jury fails to indict, then you are released.

Yes, I agree. The courts are a big shit show. These judges are activist judges on the take, and not interested in even looking at the facts.

The problem is the same problem we have had for awhile now. The ones who SHOULD be making arrests are part of the coup attempt. They aren't going to arrest themselves.

That leaves the military and the insurrection act, and after watching this I'm certain we will see it.

Mcinerny said Trump will not be leaving office, regardless of deadlines, until there is a full accounting given to the American people. There's only a couple of ways he can do that legally. One way, really, because the 2 things I think we would see are complimentary to each other, not an either/or sort of thing.

Gen Flynn needed to be put away hence the BS case against him. The Chinese are really deep in....everywhere.
The CCP is going to be found out. I liked the way Gen Flynn put out about Chinese military doctrine....he knows. They need to open up some of the files in Meade and elsewhere to show the American people.
At least to the point to smoke out the bad players.

In most countries, if you have overwhelming evidence then you would be able to arrest people awaiting a trial...just saying.

But as I mentioned before, maybe they have another plan for this, and so far they have been doing stuff in a strategically genious manner.
