there's a very simple work-around for the mask-mandate.

all you have to do is IDENTIFY as a mask-wearer, and BANG... you're wearing a mask.

When I see extreme positions like this, I often wonder if they're designed to actually hide the truth about cov2 (that the virus isn't nearly as lethal as we have been told) by intentionally sounding conspiratorial. Why are you conflating doctors and medical professionals wearing masks and full PPE with the general public wearing face masks? Comparing professionals in a controlled environment who been trained to handle aforementioned PPE, to Joe Bob slapping a cloth face diaper on so that he can grab some beer is about as obtuse as you can get. Masks and PPE in a hospital environment certainly help protect against countless bacteria and viral pathogens. No one is arguing that. However, when it comes to cov2, anything short of full PPE not so much. In the general public, masks do not protect against cov2 or the flu. The evidence for this is clear. It is just a question whether you wish to accept that fact or not.
