What do you do when someone without insurance hits someone without insurance?

Why would I need to do anything?

Take a loss? Buy a new car? Learn to drive? Call a taxi? Ride a bus? Stop manipulating the price of cars?

Lets say a driver is a model operator. Never endangers a single other driver.

Gets t-boned by a haphazard gumpy looking mothucker. Definitely the idiots fault

The idiot gets a messed up bumper. Model operator’s car is trashed.

Turns out, the idiot is so broke that taking to court will cost more than his net worth.

Life has risks, driving is risky. Take the risk or don't drive.

To be honest I'm tired of people not taking responsibility for themselves, really tired of it, people are too easily always thinking that someone is obligated to compensate them for something, or make life easier for them in some way, because they themselves lack the resources or skill to act in a responsible manner.

If we continue to cater to the lowest common denominator everyone will eventually be zeros, willing and capable of nothing. I am capable of driving well, my vehicle is made of steel, I saved money to replace the car in case something happens, and I am well aware the risk moving objects pose to my body. The fact you did or can do none of these things shouldn't require me to pay for your inadequacy.

Why not an app that has all the merchants post the upcoming orders as far as where it is going and any driver going that way and wants to make a few coins replies to the ad?
That could work for hardware stores as their items would fit in a truck bed and the delivery guy is a mile out of his way at best. The customer is at the curb or the delivery-person just leaves it at the curb as he made his coin when he signed for the item.
