Italy passes 4th stimulus packages and GOP/Democrats still fight over 2nd. GOP Senator Blunt says "we've been a total failure".

With all extra unemployment programs and eviction programs ending in December (with 17 others from Cares Act) we can expect to see homelessness and poverty like never before in this nation. Small businesses across the nation are shut down and maybe for good. Travel, Hospitality, Entertainment, and other industries are almost dead. On CNN today, GOP Senator Roy Blunt has called not getting a second stimulus package passed, "Congress has been a total failure". "We've failed the people". When asked if one will get passed before the year ends he said, "I hope so". So there you have it.
