It's typical modern celebrity bullshit, reinvigorate a failing career by claiming to be lesbian/gay/trans/democrat whatever. I have nothing against transgender people, it's their lives they can do what they please but anytime celebrities hop on the bandwagon I never buy it. Even with Bruce Jenner, and I'm not trying to be mean, I believe he did it for his daughters. It reinvigorated his career, gave him a new start as a celebrity, pumped cash into his empty bank accounts, gave his daughters careers that they never really had before and it's a cash cow that's still paying off. Realistically, we don't even know if that is Bruce Jenner or simply a woman who looked enough like him that they were able to pull off the con of the century. We are talking about Hollywood after all. If we look at Ellen Page, how hard is it for her to pretend to be transgender in todays society? All she has to do is dress like a guy and "act" like a guy. Emphasis on act because it's literally her career field.

50-70 billion farmed animals are slaughtered each year globally. They eat trillions of plants. Wild animals are killed in the harvesting of those plants that are grown for animals that humans eat. Animal agriculture is the leading cause of wildlife habitat destruction and obviously the leading cause of animal slaughter.

Vegans dont kill billions of animals. That's you,the animal eaters.
Vegetarians still contribute to the death of animals as the dairy industry is the meat industry: male calves are locked up then killed as veal and female calves are enslaved like their mothers. Baby male chicks are ground up alive as they are considered a waste product of the egg industry.
But both groups are doing a 1000 times better than someone who eats meat, dairy and eggs.
