I think that is stretching the tweet just a wee too much. His tweet implies no such thing. The article he was tweeting about was referencing the FAKE PARKING GARAGE HOSPITAL, not a Fake virus. So Trump was saying the vote count in Nevada was Fake also. Also meaning the Parking garage, not the virus.
