October, November, December because it's a hell of a lot easier to fight in the winter than in 130' degree summer desert or jungle heat - and - when it happens, it will be near when the "new moon" begins (to allow our forces to have the least light) because our SF units need the darkness at night for cover to gather intel (and our technology gives us the most advantage), which will secure the areas of approach across the line of departure as conventional forces execute so the mission completes just as the full moon begins to rise - to allow our forces to have the most light at night, in case of the need for defensive counter attack.
