I don't think they will. They are criminals and liars, so why should they risk it when they can just continue to do what they always do: Lie and break laws.

These guys are all WELL PAST the age for having children, irrelevant if this causes any type of fertility problems to THEM. They would take 10 to convince the general public to fall in line with their plans.
