Pfizer had its 100-million dose goal in place until mid-November, when it became clear the supply-chain hurdles were too great for the end-of-the-year timeline.

Pfizer wouldn’t say where shortfalls over ingredients arose as it ramped up production. Vaccines typically contain materials from suppliers that can include antivirus agents, antiseptic liquids, sterile water and elements of the DNA of the virus itself that won’t cause serious symptoms but trigger the immune system to make antibodies.

Its a good thing they have immunity from being sued for bodily damages from the use of their mRNA vaccine.

They could just push it all out "as-is" but I suspect the only reason they are "concerned" about the contaminated vaccines they just now discovered (who knows with what is already in position) is because Gates must have the worldwide tracking system in place. Once that is done, I suspect vaccine quality will drop to that commonly seen with China made products.
