I'm team trump all the way, but why does the handcount match?

We already know they used USPO to move ballets from New York to Lancaster in a clandestine fashion, with no official scanning of seals or barcodes on the shipment, no issuing of delivery tickets/seals to the truck driver, no official receipting or receipting of any kind, no signatures, no paperwork. Yupp. I wish the expert did a better job at explaining this during the hearing. It was brought up many times and in the end the senators concluded that the hand recount solves the Dominion issue smh
