Because marijuana is still illegal under Federal law, all sales of marijuana in states where it is legal have to be in cash rather than debit or credit cards. The industry is huge, with over 30 states having either medical or recreational marijuana. Congress has to pass this at some point if they want to have a cashless society, Great Reset style. Now is as good a time as any.
