However, since the state of Pennsylvania cannot do anything about the election at that point, and there are no avenues to correct a illegal election left, Alito will have to declare tthe election null and void due to fraud, Thereby throwing it to the state legislature to appoint electors.

I don't know what would be more amazing. Having a federal election thrown out in a state due to fraud, or having Alito confirm and declare that there has been state wide election fraud.

If he does declare it, then there is no turning back for the DEMS. They are screwed in all elections going forward. They would not have a leg to stand on to stop large scale voter and election security measures

They were involved in the Florida election and made a judgement giving Bush the win but only because Florida had not certified the election and the inauguration was fast approaching, and the only reason it wasn't certified for Gore is due to then Governor of Florida Jeb Bushes interference
