It just seems to me that if they're admitting to trying weather modification, it gives credence to the idea that the hurricanes that destroyed so much in both the east coast and the gulf coast were under control. Messing with the weather can do a lot of damage.

I also wonder why you'd want snow if you had the choice to not have snow. It seems that with weather modification you could send the bad weather packing and just have nice environments. Unless you want to have some bad weather for executions.

I think it would be interesting to see what governments would do in "weather wars" with other countries. It's like all the sci fi stuff is becoming true. I've always enjoyed science fiction; just haven't thought a whole lot about all the stories not being so fantastic sounding anymore.
