LA MAYOR BANS UNNECESSARY WALKING AS PART OF NEW COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

Unnecessary walking refers to people who aren't the mayor who want to do stuff.

All mayoral walking is necessary, especially if it can be done at an island beach with 20 of his closest friends.

In summary there are two kinds of walking:

1. Unnecessary walking.

2. Mayoral walking.

This is a really good way to piss people off further and make them feel even more stir-crazy. Then when they tell them that they have to take the vaccine in order to go our in public and return to 'normal life', people will happily line up to do so.
