Not read through the thread yet but that’s what Dr Shiva’s investigation showed iirc- that the algorithm kicked in after a certain number and percentage of votes..? So it tabulated normally until a predetermined number of votes had been received, at which point the statistical spread of the data started to shift.

People say internet polls are not scientific. But when you see a poll of 250,000 people, that's a lot more than ABC polls of 1500 likely voters. Every internet poll I saw was about 70% Trump 30% Biden, some were 80-20. And I saw a lot of them.
