And there's not a court that will hear it.
Even Alito delayed his case until such a time that the verdict won't matter.

Electors are elected by the 8th. He won't hear this case until the 9th or maybe 10th. By then Congress cannot step in and change the electors.

I don't know what would be more amazing. Having a federal election thrown out in a state due to fraud, or having Alito confirm and declare that there has been state wide election fraud. If he does declare it, then there is no turning back for the DEMS. They are screwed in all elections going forward. They would not have a leg to stand on to stop large scale voter and election security measures
