In the event that the Supreme Court rules that this election cannot be certified due to fraud and as a result the 12th amendment is invoked and Trump remains in office WHAT WILL YOU DO?

It will not go to the supreme court without going through the lower courts. It has not happened yet and is not happening in the next few days.

The response to that is that there is not a single credible news source that believes that Donald Trump can overturn the election. There is no chance.

2000 was over a single state, Florida. Bush won by a single electoral vote w/ 271.

Biden has 306 electoral votes to Trump's 232. Supreme Court would have to overturn the election results of several states to give Trump a win. Courts keep rejecting lawsuits Trump is filing.
