When a ballot is validated by the process put into place by law then it's been validated. You do not need further validation because it has already went through that process. You not only want double jeopardy for all the ballots but you want them tossed out entirely. That's completely insane. The time for such arguments and action would have been before the election when you already know the process and in some of these states even passed it into law with Republican legislatures. You don't get to invalidate votes just because they weren't for your candidate. It's arguments like these that get laughed out of court because they not only have no standing but the remedy they ask for are completely crazy. Trump and his allies have lost almost 60 court cases at this point. They've won two on matters that don't even pertain to fraud.
