I listened live. The judge had the order granting the motion to dismiss already prepared. He was just "going through the motions" to appear as a fair arbiter of the Plaintiff's complaint. In other words, his mind was made up prior to oral arguments.
So sad. This is not good for Trump and transparent voting supporters.
