Everyone talks about how the SCOTUS is going to decide the outcome...there are nine justices and even if we assume that the Trump appointees rule in his favour that still means that for Trump to prevail he needs at least two more on his side.

By all accounts that fuckwit Roberts is compromised so remove him from the equation...that leaves just 5 left from which Trump needs two on his side. It only takes one of the two remaining Bush appointees to jump ship and Trump is fucked. This troubles me.

If the Constitution really worked, wouldn't it have stopped the removal of our rights, would it have allowed theft of wages by threat of coercion / imprisonment? Or would we at this point see the courts of these United States dismiss each and every case of voter fraud brought before them, in direct violation of section 3 of the 14th amendment? When the document and its magical powers fail to revert the outcome of this election and when Biden is installed as president, will you then recognize the fault?

I totally understand where you're coming from, but in my opinion, it's not worth losing my life for. My life will continue to go on, same as it has each time the paradigm pendulum swings in the opposite direction every 4 to 8 years.
