To date, the courts have used the tactic of "standing" to avoid hearing any of the lawsuits. No court has heard or seen ANY of the "krakon" evidence.

The TX lawsuit is brought against other states, the only court who can hear it is the supreme court and TX has standing plus another nine states has joined the suit. If the "Kraken" evidence is submitted via the Texas case, it could be a significant event in this nations history.

Actually Kraken was/is a military cyber warfare operation much of what is handled in secret to prevent the enemy (foreign and domestic) from knowing what cyber and military operations they're up to. And there are a number of transport aircrafts that have flown into GITMO taking treasonous prisoners into their new digs until their military tribunals next year.
