Hello Season of the Witch
There might be wanderers here now who are from the fifth level, but humanity is standing in the density of choice which is 3rd. The 4th coming up is the green ray level of love where beings learn how to apply the love they have chosen to see during this present density. The one beyond the 4th is that of balancing wisdom and love. One level builds upon the previous one and I have the Vedas and the Law of One to point to plus my own studies into the evolution in stages. Some have jumped densities yes but they are the rare exception.
