He ignored my explanation that the Texas case is contesting the fact that the 4 states in question stole the election from the American people by ignoring the Constitutions rules on elections. They are not wasting time with the lower courts and presenting any evidence. It has to go through the motions before they get to the high court. They know the lower courts will reject. They will keep pushing up. Now that 21 states are filing suits. This is huge.

An actual criminal case would take months to adjudicate. That’s why they are taking the civil route right now.

They have a dominion voting machine, confiscated servers from Germany, 1000s of swarm testimonies or people witnessing fraud and other surprises they will present when the Supreme Court is in session. They can't release evidence if they want to catch them by surprise. Get it? You will soon.

The one court case that someone put forward, that was a lower court and listened to the case, ie merit based, said this violated the constitution and had a good chance of winning.


All the other cases were dismissed or tossed out, without merit, without hearing the evidence, by liberal judges, partisan hacks who refused to hear the evidence.

To have a partisan court not even hear a case, not discuss the evidence, merit based, but throw it out on a a catch 22, as some of these have been: its too late now, should have done before the election. but before the election couldn't. well legally there cannot be a catch 22, where you can't bring the case earlier or after the election with evidence of fraud. There ALWAYS HAS TO BE A REMEDY. Or the system and nation is violating its principals.

Lack of evidence has everything do with every case and so far, none has been presented in any lawsuits to do more than a month and 50 lawsuits after the election.

- Nothing will be found wrong with the Dominion voting machines.

- There are no servers in Germany with the real election results.

- Not a single one of the witnesses claiming fraud will show up on court testifying under oath and subjecting themselves to cross-examination.

- Texas v. Pennsylvania isn't going to get a hearing.

Lastly, it's illegal to present surprise evidence. Heck, the Supreme Court doesn't even look at evidence - that's a job for the lower courts. (When have you ever heard of a witness testifying before the Supreme Court? It decides whether a lower court followed proper procedures and interpreted the law correctly, nothing more.)
