Agreed. And the officers' hair WAS threatened with brushing. But, seriously, the cops really had no choice. When a cop tells you to STOP, you better do so. You are under arrest at that point. Of course, blacks never want to obey "white man's laws", in effect, to behave in a civil, non-threatening manner. |
