If you do NOT understand the law or the finer workings of the judicial system please refrain from stating as follows

1) there is no case and they will lose
A) if you have not read the bill of particulars or understand the merits of the complaint and ALL its prongs , you have no voice here.

2) their is no evidence to support the law suit
B) if you have read the complaint you would understand how the authors worded the complain as to put the burden ( in part ) on the defendants of the complaint and lessened the burden of proof . However , , the material evidence is enough to warrant serious consideration .

3) it's not going to change anything anyway .
C) this is the supreme court of the United States. The opinions stated and decisions formed by the SCOTUS will make changes and resolutions formed . Will it give Donald Trump the win ? Its yet to be seen . I feel it has all the merits to do that very thing .

I have studied and argued law since before most of you were even in underoos.
Sit back , watch the fight and maybe , just maybe you will learn some . But at the very least you all get to watch history being made .
