A new movement has been born with the goal of dividing certain states in the nation and Nevadans are now taking up the concept, forming what has been titled the “New Nevada State Movement.”

The objective is fairly straightforward; sever rural Nevada, which is primarily Republican, from the major metropolitan areas of the state that are predominantly Democratic, to form “New Nevada” and therefore, according to group founders, free rural areas from the oppression of “mob rule.”

New California State and New Nevada State are directly impacted by the arbitrary and capricious changes in election laws and procedures occur with unfortunate regularity in the current States of California and Nevada.
Part of the reason for the formation of New California State and New Nevada Sate is to stop the lawless actions of Governors Newsome (California) and Sisolak (Nevada). An opinion by this Court affirming a national, uniform rule of law re- establishing the supremacy of The Electors Clause of Article II, § 1 of the United States Constitution will resolve some of the complaints causing the establishment of these new States.

New California State is based on the rural areas of California becoming New California. The map as it stands now is representative of the

active county committees who are involved in New California. When we release the final map there will be contiguous borders for both New

California State and California. What it will reveal are two states with populations that are near equal but based on rural vs urban

populations. New California will NOT include the most densely populated areas of California.

Will a new state be able to discard such misrepresentation of my constitutional rights and that of my children? New structures?

Holy carp. This is pretty cool. I have friends in rural NY who always piss and moan that the whole state is held hostage to the whims of the 5 boroughs and Lawn Guyland. I'll tell them to establish a New New York.
