I slept 12 hours before Mr finally woke me. I guess I must have needed it.

We're going to the park for a while in a bit. I think we have some cordon blue chicken breasts ready made to go int he oven from Publix for dinner.

Thanks for the kitteh comments and I completely understand the need to eat a good sammich before photography comes to mind.

Dinner tonight will be a Caesar chicken salad with scoopy chips and salsa on the side. I shall endeavor to take a picture, however as my work day was eleven hours with no time for breakfast or lunch it may not make it to my table in the den before it is eaten.

I so want Publix spicy chicken or even Bo Jangles chicken which is somewhat spicy.

Mrs. refuses to buy either and takes great joy in hurting me. Today she asked what I needed from the grocery as she returned from her tanning visit so I texted her to please pick up sliced, non-GMO grilled chicken, croutons, a head of lettuce and refrigerator, non GMO, no preservative Caesar dressing.

She brought home the chicken, a head of lettuce, forgot the croutons and said they had no Caesar dressing.

I had enough, called a friend at the store that confirmed they had eight bottles of it in the refrigerator section, so I called Mrs. a liar, white trash, and drove to the store and bought it myself.

I've truly had it with her willful stupidity and her going out of her way to deliver hate.

She has not allowed me to properly set up her phone for four months now and it sends a link to viruses with every text she sends.

I have the solution, I am shutting off the service to it tomorrow.

If she protests, then her credit card is shut off next followed almost by stopping all payments on her truck that only she is on the loan for, yet I pay it from my account.

Let it be repossessed. I'll just buy a car I like and not allow her to use it.

I will be rid of that demon one way or another.

^THIS^ is why I don't often post any more. There is no good news in my life and any good there is, she will go to extreme measure to ensure she ruins it.

I wish she just left, never returned, nor was found again.

I'll still try to post a picture of my dinner, because it is something nice which I'm doing for myself that she has failed in her effort to ruin.

I'll take and enjoy my small successes where I can.

Louis, I'm glad you got your dressing so you can have your dinner.

Mr realized I might not like the cordon blue because it usually has Swiss cheese. So we're stopping at the store to get me a back up dinner.

I need to restock my pudding and apple sauce anyway. Even though I can swallow now, smooth still feels nice

I'm going to get some yogurt, too. My belly is seriously screwed up from all the antibiotics.

We had a nice short walk. It was cool and breezy. No sun so I could wear my normal hat.

It's looking better each day. We watched a slasher from last night. It was creepy when someone got the throat cut. I felt it!

On the way home to make some mad pudding. I got Dove dark chocolate and french vanilla. Sounds yummy!

Simple, if I remember correctly, tomorrow is your daughter's surgery. I'll be thinking about her!

I ended up not liking the codon blue chicken, so i'm having pierogies & baked carrots for dinner. I did buy a bag of pizza rolls just in case I get hungry later.

New stoner snack!!! I had vanilla yogurt with cinnamon apple sauce. It was the oikos triple zero yogurt so it wasn't real sweet, but the apple sauce was. I would never have thought creamy apple sauce would be a thing!

Stress from a circle jerk experience has created adrenal fatigue this year for me. I should have thought about this earlier, but my self-analysis disappeared. I have ordered an adrenal supplement so hopefully that will work since some of the stress is unavoidable.

For Pool's stress, OP's stress and me missing my autumn scents. People in New Westminster don't light stoves to dry off the damp. I get a scuffle of oak leaves and odd looks. I am having a hard time inhaling Autumn. I can recall it, but it is not present.

The nurse called with my schedule for the first test. I have to start my low iodine diet the 28th. She even gave me a cook book the other day.

The hardest part I think is no bread or dairy. Basically, fresh meat & veggies to be cooked at home with plain salt. I can have pasta & basmati rice though.

It's only for a week this time. It might be 2 weeks for second time though, not sure.

I need to try & find unsalted margarine. Hmmm, that might be tough. I know I've seen unsalted tomato paste so I can have spaghetti.

Littlest is healing, hope all is well with everyone else too!


We are trying Hello Fresh. Portions are generous, I added some of our own potatoes and fed 4 hungry teenagers with the dinner for two last night, which was well received. Prosciutto wrapped chicken, roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes.

Tonite was Smokey apple chicken with roasted broccoli and garlic mash (my fault it was the same side dishes).
It was okay, but not something I'd bother with again. I feel as if some of the sauces they do are too sweet for us, but am working on adjusting things.

I've threatened to try Hello Fresh, with coupons they send. Dinner here is too many salty cashews with a vodka and cranberry.

When it is just me, I found these paper thin rice cakes and I eat them with hummus or nutella, depending if I am in a savory or sweet mood. lol

or some moonshine and a magic muffin. My friend's brother makes the muffins and I literally just have a bite. They are excellent space muffins.

Since I have experience in that field. And with the phone tree...lol...I end up being a councilor quite a bit.

I get mine from a friend who has a little still at home. He has given me Limoncello, Cherry, and Apple pie flavors, all delicious!
