So, that being said, not posting a recipe but rather a PSA to all fellow GLP peeps cookin' w/ hot peppers.

True story....my late old man grew bumper crop of various hot peppers and we were prepping to make nice Xmas jars for folks later during Holidays.

Old man decided to grab two fresh Habanero peppers to add to supper he was fixin'. Cut those suckers, mixed into stir fry and then went to relieve himself in bathroom.

He forgot to wash his hands w/ Lava soap after his food prep. (sigh) Swear to gawd the lil' cow town a mile up the road heard him holler-n-cuss.

And despite the heroic effort of this farm wife's actions, sticking one's Johnson burning from pepper juice into a cold glass of milk doesn't work the same way as drinking milk after ingesting hot pepper.

Lesson of this GLP PSA....Wash your damn hands! And not necessarily for the 'Rona!

home made mac and cheese with mini sliced up hot dogs......easy and delicious.

Get one of those outdoor 900+ degree propane outdoor cook boxes and a cast iron pan.

you can make the best steaks in the world and not have you food spit in by some angry pedo liberal. Carmelize the garlic and onions in some avacado oil (higher smoke point) on low for a bit and then make CLARIFIED BUTTER (regualar wont work). Keep dumping that liquid butter all over your garlic and onion steak and enjoy it over some steamed jasmine sticky rice or some yukon gold potatoes with franks red hot butter sauce..... cook your chops, steaks, whatever like the restraunts do.

Have a $100 steak for $20 bucks. Enjoy

Yes I make my own taco seasoning: Chili pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, dried Mexican oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and ground up fennel seeds. It's amazing.
