Back to the basics tonight...
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and I'm thinking green beans for a veggie.
Quoting: SWOOPSTER note to self: get some green beans for the minestrone.. I am not eating cos I can't do dishes and eat at the same time. I am doing dishes so I can get the dishes done. This is small space living, tis why I broke the coffee pot repeatedly and now have a stainless steel stove top beauty!  did i mention?  Just had some leftover cheeseburger soup. Now, I could almost use a nap.....  Just finished cleaning the oven CR didn’t want to help me... I’m so tired... Not a fun job at all!!! :nopenope: Break time for you....
