About to make ommlette and chips. Made this yesterday. Not as good as ommlette but its weird. These good eggs are nice for fried egg. Poached egg. Boiled egg but with ommlette. They might not be as good as cheaper eggs. Thing is. I fried a cheaper egg. Then spat it out. I thought. Is that the taste of and out of date egg. Hence buying nicer egg always.

This were my chicken soup with artisan dumpling. I think even cheap all purpose or self raising flour is nicer but I did well with the baking powder.

Wont be defrosted till tomoz. So wont be ready till thurs. Which means the cucumber and coriander might be out of date. Economics.
