Why the horse paste? Preventative? I hope you're feeling okay!

I just put it in the back of my tongue and swallowed it with water like a pill. It left a little bitterness, but not bad. I have a few tubes that are the cream. I'm afraid that's going to be worse than the jelly, like swallowing a ball of grease. I put it in a gelatin capsule [thank you, Pool] and take it like a pill.
