I think I'm getting sick. I was coughing last night pretty bad. It's not as bad today, but it still there. It's probably just a cold.

I took a selenium and as lysine from my stash. I haven't had a chance to get any lactoferrin supplements yet as they're be a little expensive. I'll take some Benadryl with regular milk tonight just in case. It can't hurt.
