For tons of vitamin c have a baked potato with orange juice. Put butter and salt on the tater then wash it down with the oj.

Ha, that would've been much easier! I'm taking an Vitamin C & D, as well.

We already had this planned or I would've chosen something else. Baked Pork chops, stuffing made with pork drippings, mushrooms, gravy, & veggies. We fixed up the leftover carrots & corn i the fridge with some limas. Who doesn't need a little extra fiber in their life?

I even have some essentials oils diffusing now. I doubt it's Covid, but either way, the supplements should help.

I'm better, just a little cough. I must have knocked it out with something. I took extra D, a lysine, a selenium, and 2 of those Clear Lung pills. Oh and 2 Benedryl & milk.

That looks as complicated as the Jane Fonda aerobics I used to do. It was fun once you learned the moves. I even thought about getting that out the other day. I didn't thought as my legs have been hurting when we walk.

I think it has to do with the loss of protein thru my kidneys. I push thru the pain.

I'm alone as usual, so I'm having Oktoberfest Brats poached for several hours in PBR, jalapenos and garlic. Can't grill, too cold, so I broil 'em to get that nice crispy skin. Eat 'em with Hengstenberg kraut, onions and beer brat horseradish mustard!

With the move we have not been good to ourselves about eating every day, more like every two or three and crappy food as we still have most things remaining to unpack.

I can't seem to kick whatever I have going on. I went for a test today ( ). My daughter talked me into going. Now when I blow my nose it's all bloody and I've been extra congested since they stuck that swab up my nostrils.



It wasn't a brain swab, but whatever was on that thing definitely irritated my sinuses further.

She really stuck the swab up there before my surgery. I had blood for days after. I heard they're doing spit swabs now before surgery.
