I'm not a fan of avocado, but I know it's really good for you. Nef working tonight?  I'm making chicken curry tonight. Lol, yes he worked tonight but is on his way home. I think he has some prime rib with him!  Is the chicken curry spicy? We'll have to try that! It's not real spicy even thought the jar of paste says it's 3 peppers hot. Thai Kitchen brand has the recipe on the side of the coconut milk's label. I had never tried curry, but I liked this. maybe because it's sweet & spicy. I just made a cookie mix I bought last fall. I bought all 3 kinds because they looked so good. I noticed the other day they expired this month. I mean how bad could they be with flavors like Maple Brown sugar, Gingerbread, & Pumpkin Spice. Thanks for the info and those cookies remind me of Fall, which I miss so badly right about now!
