My son's friend is supposed to be making smoky wings for tonight. He doesn't do side dishes so I'm making mac & cheese. Mr had an idea about using ricotta, too. I looked it up and it's a thing. So I'm going to try adding some tonight & see how it tastes. Last night Baby was so tired after dinner she went to sleep on the couch. I figured it was because she went to the beach with her cousin. She woke up because the dumb dog they have decided to sit on her head. Then she was all sniffles& told me she had a cold - after I had been snuggling next to her!  So now I'm taking extra C hoping I don't get sick.
