Prediction: President Trump will act re: the 45 day Executive Order on December 28

He is waiting till the 6th of January to see what happens with the dueling electors and it now being a contesting election.

My point is valid, and if you think that the President will wait until end of business on January 6 to implement some, or all of the EO, you're the one who needs a sanity check.

My statement stands. December 28 sees the enactment of the provisions contained in the EO.

He already stated that if Congress certifies the election he will leave. So if he does anything with the Insurrection Act it will be before Jan 6th. I personally don't think he will do anything and Biden will assume office Jan 20th. Within 3 months of that date Biden will resign and Harris will assume office as President 47.

He seems to be distracted at the moment with defunding the military's 740 dollar budget and people making fun of him on twitter that he can't sue due to Section 230

I don't have an opinion on this but I am keeping an eye on this prediction.

It seems to me that Trump will have to use the Insurrection Act; the Republicans are too scared of NLM and Antifa to vote in favor of our President January 6th.

Our Congressmen are like the Supreme Court. On December 18th, Chief Justice John Roberts said he was scared of the rioters and demanded the "junior" justices go along with him and refuse to hear Trump's case.

His case went unheard by the very individuals trained, experienced and empowered by our Constitution to do so.

Congress will behave the same as Mr. Roberts and his associates. They will vote in favor of someone other than Trump, out of fear of the rioters.

Maybe they will choose Libertarian candidate Jorgenson? By our Constitution, Jorgenson, Trump and Biden can be considered January 6th, for President of the United States.

Trump must not rely on Congress to do it's job. They will likely put the senile madman Biden in the Oval Office. America will come to an end right at that moment.

At least every Congressman will be replaced come 2022; after their attempt to save themselves this January 6th they will lose their careers. Reliable persons that were always loyal to the communist administration and it's values regime will take their place.

The Supreme Court will be packed and Chief Justice Roberts will have a liberal majority. The other justices will be outvoted from that point forward.
