10 U.S. Code §253 should be applied as millions of people have been deprived of their right to vote, protected by the Constitution, by State governments by fraudulent/invalid ballots and the States are refusing to protect or even address this issue.
Under 10 U.S. Code §253(1), the State of Texas did, in fact, have standing.
The Supreme Court failed...
Quoting: Major Doom Justice Roberts is compromised. His excuse was that there might be riots if the SC took the case. What kind of chicken shit excuse is that? It isn't their place to make decisions based on what antifa might do. It is their responsibility to make sure that the Constitution and those who follow it are protected from abuse and corruption. He needs to be impeached.
