10 U.S. Code §253 should be applied as millions of people have been deprived of their right to vote, protected by the Constitution, by State governments by fraudulent/invalid ballots and the States are refusing to protect or even address this issue.
Under 10 U.S. Code §253(1), the State of Texas did, in fact, have standing.

It isn't their place to make decisions based on what antifa might do. It is their responsibility to make sure that the Constitution and those who follow it are protected from abuse and corruption. He needs to be impeached. They are painting big targets on the backs of their heads. They should have thought of this. Beware the fury of patient American men. Once their patience has worn off no force can stop them.
