The only logical conclusion is that some ingredient is causing it or that the vaccine is doing something that to recipients internally that either isn't known to scientists or isn't being acknowledged by them. The wrong memory cells being altered by the vaccine perhaps? Are these vaccines like throwing darts at a dart board? Inject it and hope it finds the write memory cells to alter? It seems to me I recall reading one of the people involved in the development of Pfizer's vaccine saying that. It's possible the wrong cells or even the wrong portion of a cell could be altered which could be disastrous for the patient.
