Once the sun is up, I'm fully awake.



Hardest time is a few hours before sunrise.

Yup. Pineal producing melatonin night cycle disrupted by light. I always knew I had a couple of hours left in me after the sun rises. It was cool working outside all night. Even though it was mainly freezing. Just the schedule sucked as one is rarely completely awake or asleep. Out of sync with rythms.

This guy should give you a chuckle and keep you busy for a little.




Hardest time of night for me was 3AM when I was working nights...I would literally fall asleep standing up.

My grandma used to teach me some Sicilian slang.
