Yep. Haven't moved from my spot in front of my space heater. Its like 53 degrees out there.

when it feels like 105 degrees, eight months out of the year, 38 is freakin freezing. it's a 65 degree change...

Texas chili has no beans in it.
A nice cubed piece of meat with poblano peppers, jalapenos, onions. Tomatoes, canned, fresh diced and paste. Oregano, beef stock, chili powder, paprika and cumin. Salt pepper n cayenne pepper.

Served with cheese on top and sour cream. I skip the fritos or tortillas with it.

It was 32 this morning.
