I just finished antibiotics and now I have health problems, please, I need advice!
I have a problem every time I take antibiotics for recurring bronchitis.

At first I feel great but then I get stomach bloating and shortness of breath, even though my oxygen saturation is fine.
I get other weird symptoms too, like dizziness and fatigue.

I get short of breath and then I get terrible panic attacks.

I've gone to the doctor or hospital in the past and they just run expensive tests on me and then tell me I need prozac and that it's all in my head.

I read about something called SIBO and I'm wondering if that's not what I have. I guess the antibiotics mess up your gut flora and cause a lot of trouble.

I'm asking you folks what I should do because so far the doctors have been useless.

Thanks!

Take probiotics to replace the gut flora you killed off before nasty things replace them.

are you taking Cipro?

Cipro can cause panic attacks by slowing the metabolism of caffeine.

if you drink your usual amount and strength of coffee on Cipro, it can give you a rapid heartbeat and anxiety.

just as if you drank a gallon of espresso.

Don't spend money on fancy supplements, get some activated charcoal down you.
First off, this is really expensive online, but very easy to make.

Get some wood from a tree like a pine or oak or Elm, Birch whatever.

Light yourself a small fire and burn it till it turns to charcoal.

Crush it up to powder and take a teaspoon each day till you get used to it. Gravitate to large doses as you go.

This will filter out all the poison in your body over time and prolong your life by 20 years.

Try to do kefir then. Just like I said above. If you are NOT severely underweight(i.e. BMI > 18), there is no danger in going on kefir diet for a couple of days.

This is likely the only factual advice in this thread:

This is certified 100 percent accurate. Some of it is FDA info.

If you took any fluoroquinolone antibiotic, (this is cipro and it's cousins) you got DNA damage and damage to cellular mitochondria.

Mitochondria are the "power houses" of cellular activity.

All fluoroquinolones should be banned. This is because mitochondria function in a way similar to how bacteria function and additionally, cipro does DNA damage at a rate of about 1 percent of what it does to bacterial DNA. If it is supposed to TOTALLY kill bacteria, it has to partially kill you also.

The mitochondrial damage is permanent. However, the mitochondrial damage occurs to the portion of the mitochondria that does metabolic signalling. You can remedy this by providing an alternate metabolic signalling pathway by taking magnesium chloride, and magnesium sulfate.

This is not a cure, it is a treatment. You have to take about a half a gram of one or the other (and preferably both) mixed in a glass of water daily, for the rest of your life. you don't need more.

It is cheap.

Magnesium chloride works better than magnesium sulfate but you can go to Wal Mart and buy in NOW - magnesium sulfate is epsom salt. Magnesium chloride might be available at a decent health food store.

Magnesium chloride should cost about $2 - 4 per pound if you are not getting ripped off. Magnesium sulfate is almost free and available practically anywhere.

This is legit advice, I have been damaged by Cipro and this manages the damage well.

If you have recurring stomach/digestive/diarrhea issues after antibiotics then you probably need a stool transplant.

Its painless and essentially free and you can do it at home, and you'll feel better almost immediately.

Speaking from experience.

But docs don't have anything to do with it, it's just too beneficial.
