Although I can't locate the current stats and the last stats available were from 2018, recently it was reported that drug overdose deaths have double in Pennsylvania. That would mean over 10,000 this year. A number slightly less than the total supposed Covid deaths.

Also, a report last month indicated suicide deaths are up by 25%. As reported by the PA Dept of Health Confirmed Influenza Laboratory Tests Received by PA DOH Surveillance for this flu season:(positive by rapid test, PCR, or culture) Reported in Pennsylvania, 9/27/2020 to 12/19/2020

The number is zero. In a comparison from last years total season of confirmed cases it was 134,000.

I talked with a State Police Policeman and he told me the number of traffic deaths are down.

In all PA has about 135,000 deaths per year. We have had 14,000 supposed Covid deaths. (58% from nursing homes). That percentage has dropped from 69% but it is to be expected as about 11% of the total nursing home residents have died from Covid so far and almost 66% have tested positive at some point.

Maybe the deaths are up... suicides are up and many people are dying from stress-related illnesses and activities, like drugs and domestic violence...
