I think we've been in a cold war-esque standoff with the DS/DNC/CCP for a long time and it could quite possibly be going hot.

There are probably a thousand bomb threats a year on such a landmark building.

Heck a place I worked back in the 80's would get about 1 a month.

Everyone would evacuate, the police and fire dept would respond, then after the time expired and they blew the all clear, we would go back to work.

We got enough threats that we all got training on what to do if we answered the phone to a bomb threat.

Listen for background noises, etc.
