People in Europe have enemies it could be possible an enemy caused an earthquake using technology to alter the seismic.

This is year 2020 and there is modern technologies.

I'm not saying an enemy of Europe is starting an earthquake using military technology....it could of been a natural earthquake. We are living in modern times where natural earthquake's are not natural.

Science and military tech is a possibility.
