What is Brain Aneurysm (BA)? BA or subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a weak spot in the wall of a blood vessel inside the brain. It is similar to a weak spot in a balloon which when stretched might rupture. Like anything else, the blood vessels can get worn out from constant use channeling blood. Initially, the vessel may bulge into a bubble. Most cases of BA do not cause medical problems. In some cases they grow larger, leak or rupture causing bleeding in the brain – a hemorrhagic stroke – which can be life-threatening. If hopes were ropes, beggars would swing. |

A SAH is always a hemorrhagic stroke whether by aneurysm or a tSAH. The arachnoid mater is below the dura mater. The blood from this type of hemorrhage leaks into the pia mater killing the neurons of the affected regions by depriving them of oxygen. The term intracranial is also used incorrectly if it was indeed SAH. Intracranial would be used for any hemorrhage taking place within the skull not found in the brain. Such as the sinuses, ears, or even mastoid air cells. Intracerebral is used for those in the brain and meninges. I'm not a doctor or neurologist, but had multiple intracerebral hemorrhages myself, including both subarachnoid and subdural spaces. Either one of these are considered devastating neurological disorders and both with high mortality rates. The vast majority of SAH suffers are dead within six months or left with long-term disabilities. My apologies for needing to make this response but the quoted portion is rather confusing and the implications are drastically different for the terms that were utilized. Have a great day! |

This causes bulging eyes, migraines, blindness, death etc. You can get get it from rapid weight gain. In her case it was from pregnancy. |

Quoting: Orville Redenbacher 69356559 Took me a sec to get (brain damage) the bolded text. So did Xi Ping have an SAH or not? That's where I'm confused due to the terms used. I guess well find out. Im rooting for yes. Would be a great way to kick off the New Year. If hopes were ropes, beggars would swing. |
